The Uttar Pradesh paperwork behind a Ghaziabad business

Ghaziabad is a district of Uttar Pradesh in its own right. For GST that means 09 at the front of your GSTIN, even when most of your customers are across the border in Delhi.

A shop, showroom or factory office is covered by the state’s shops law, the Uttar Pradesh Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhishthan Adhiniyam, 1962. It was amended in 2025 and the change affects who has to register; the Labour Department’s site, uplabour.gov.in, is the place to confirm whether your workforce brings you in. Registration under it is the owner’s own filing, not one of our services.

Units seeking several state clearances can apply through Nivesh Mitra, Uttar Pradesh’s single-window system.

Udyam is identical across the country: one Ministry of MSME portal, no document uploads, and a certificate a Ghaziabad unit can show to any bank or buyer.

We sell wholesale to shops in Delhi. Do we need GST?

Supplying goods from Ghaziabad to Delhi is an inter-State supply, and inter-State suppliers of goods generally have to register whatever their turnover. We confirm your position, list the documents for your premises and file on the GST portal; the GST officer decides the application.

Can you help us put a large product range on Amazon and Flipkart?

Yes. We work from your price list or stock sheet, group products into variants and upload them with each marketplace’s bulk templates. Images and specifications come from you or are approved by you, and ranking depends on factors nobody controls.

Will you visit our factory office in an industrial area?

Yes, by appointment. Ghaziabad’s industrial areas are within our Delhi NCR visit range, and the visit terms are written into the proposal before anything is booked.

Is Udyam worth it for a small trading firm?

Many traders register because a bank, supplier or buyer asks for the certificate. The official portal does not charge a fee and works from Aadhaar, PAN and, where applicable, your GSTIN. We can file it with you and keep a record of what was declared.
