    Scope, approach, deliverables, timeline and cost, agreed before work begins.

  3. Step 3: Hands-on delivery

    I do the work, with regular updates and early warning if anything changes.

  4. Step 4: Handover & support

    Documentation and a walkthrough, with optional ongoing support.
