How We Work

Clear scope, careful delivery, nothing left undocumented.

Whether the work is a cloud migration or a marketplace store setup, every TrueOrbis engagement follows the same simple, transparent process — from the first message to a clear hand-over.

The process

Six stages, no surprises.

  1. Stage 1: Share your requirement

Send a message through the form, by email, WhatsApp or phone. A few lines are enough: what you need, what is getting in the way, and any deadline that matters.

Every enquiry is read and answered personally.

  2. Stage 2: Understand the need

We talk through your situation — systems, team, documents, sales channels and constraints — and tell you plainly whether TrueOrbis is the right fit.

If it isn’t, we’ll say so and suggest what kind of help to look for.

  3. Stage 3: Written proposal

You receive the scope, approach, deliverables, timeline and fees in writing. Where the need is not yet clear, the first step is usually a short assessment or a checklist of what is required.

Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.

  4. Stage 4: Careful delivery

The agreed work is carried out using access you grant and can revoke. You get regular progress updates and early notice if anything affects scope, time or cost.

Changes are agreed before they happen, not explained afterwards.

  5. Stage 5: Clear hand-over

Work is documented as it is done. At the end you receive the documentation and status of every item, and accounts, credentials and records remain in your name.

The aim is that you can carry on without depending on us.

  6. Stage 6: Ongoing support, if useful

Some clients want a dependable contact for maintenance, catalogue updates or renewals and changes to registrations. That can be arranged once the initial work is complete.

    Entirely optional.

Ways to work together

Three engagement formats.

Most relationships start with one and move to another as needs change.

  • When you need clarity first

    Assessment

A focused review of a system, process, store or set of documents, ending in written findings and a prioritised plan.

  • When the outcome is clear

    Defined project

A migration, automation, application, store setup, catalogue upload, registration or readiness programme with agreed scope and deliverables.

  • When you need a dependable contact

    Ongoing support

Maintenance, remote assistance, catalogue upkeep and incremental improvements on an agreed monthly arrangement.

Questions

Common questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Most work is done remotely using secure access that you grant and control. If a task genuinely needs someone on site, we can discuss it while scoping.

How is pricing handled?

Every engagement is quoted in writing after the initial conversation. Well-defined work is usually priced as a fixed scope; open-ended support is usually time-based. You will know the basis before anything starts.

Who owns what you build or set up?

You do. Code, configuration, seller accounts, listings and documents stay in accounts you own, and any access we use is removed when the engagement ends.

Can you guarantee a marketplace approval, registration or ISO certificate?

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Marketplaces, government authorities and accredited certification bodies make those decisions. We help you prepare complete, accurate submissions and readiness, which avoids many common delays.

Do you provide legal, tax or accounting advice?

No. TrueOrbis is not a law, chartered accountancy or company secretarial firm. Where your requirement needs that kind of advice or filing, we work alongside — or refer you to — licensed professionals.

Can you help with an urgent technical problem?

Call or message on WhatsApp and describe what is happening. If we can help quickly and it is within what we do, we’ll say so straight away; if not, we’ll tell you that too so you don’t lose time.
