What this website does not do
- It does not set cookies.
- It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- It does not load fonts or images from third-party services.
- It does not have user accounts or store information in your browser.
Information you choose to send
The enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form, the following is sent to the website’s server:
- your name and email address (required);
- your phone number and company name (optional);
- the category you select (for example IT and cloud, automation, software, e-commerce marketplaces, or business registration and documentation) and your timeline;
- the message you write; and
- your confirmation that you agree to be contacted about the enquiry.
This information is used only to read and respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to prepare and carry out that work. It is not sold, shared for marketing or added to a mailing list.
The form is delivered as an email to TrueOrbis through an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. The provider processes the message only to deliver it.
Please do not include identity numbers, copies of documents, passwords or other sensitive information in the form. If an engagement later requires documents — for example for a registration or marketplace application — we will agree a secure way to share them, and use them only for that purpose.
Email, phone and WhatsApp
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send through that service, along with the contact details it shares (for example, your phone number). Those services are run by their own providers under their own privacy terms.
Technical information
Like any website, the server receives technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. When you submit the form, your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions and prevent abuse; it is not stored with your enquiry. The hosting provider may keep short-lived server logs for security and reliability.
How long information is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship and any period required for accounting or legal purposes. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU/UK GDPR. To make a request, email contact@trueorbis.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection, the form is protected against automated abuse, and access to enquiries is limited to authorised TrueOrbis personnel. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don’t include passwords or other sensitive credentials in your message.

If the way this website handles information changes, for example if a new service is added, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
