What we do in Noida, and how
Most work for Noida clients is a mix of both. A first meeting at your office shows us how the team works and what equipment is already in place; after that, registrations, cloud changes and software are handled online, with screen-sharing whenever you want to watch a step.
Time on site is booked ahead and described in the proposal. Common reasons to come over are a new office fit-out, a network that keeps dropping, or a batch of laptops to prepare before a hiring round.
- Opening or moving an office: cabling plan, router and Wi-Fi, printers and shared drives
- Starting up: GST and Udyam, company email on your own domain, a first website
- Scaling a product: cloud structure, deployment pipelines and monitoring
Uttar Pradesh rules that apply to a Noida business
Noida is administered as part of Gautam Buddh Nagar district, so state-level rules come from Uttar Pradesh, not from Delhi. A GST registration here carries the state code 09, though the application itself is the same one made on the national GST portal everywhere.
Offices and shops fall under the Uttar Pradesh Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhishthan Adhiniyam, 1962, which the state Labour Department administers. A 2025 amendment changes which establishments must register, so check the Labour Department portal at uplabour.gov.in before assuming your office is in or out. The owner makes that filing; we can explain how it relates to GST and Udyam.
The central labour codes, in force since 21 November 2025, carry an establishment registration of their own, so it is worth checking which registration applies to your firm.
Where a project needs several state approvals at once, Uttar Pradesh’s Nivesh Mitra single-window portal brings the applications together.
A sensible order for a new Noida office
- Confirm the registered address and collect PAN, incorporation and premises documents
- Apply for GST if turnover, inter-State sales or your clients require it, and file Udyam alongside
- Set up the domain, company email and devices so new staff can work from their first day
- Launch a website or landing page, then add cloud hosting and deployment once the product needs them
Common questions
Our company is registered in Delhi but the team works from Noida. Which state is our GST in?
GST registration is State by State. If you supply from a Noida office, that place of business is in Uttar Pradesh and generally needs registering there, with a GSTIN starting 09. Settle the exact structure with your chartered accountant; we then prepare and file the application.
Do you come to offices in Greater Noida as well?
Yes. Visits across Gautam Buddh Nagar, Greater Noida included, are arranged by appointment, and the visit terms are written into your proposal. Follow-up usually happens by phone, WhatsApp or remote session.
Can you take over a cloud account our previous developer set up?
Usually, yes. We begin by reviewing who has access, what is running and what it costs, move ownership to company-controlled logins, and document the set-up so whoever looks after it next can pick it up quickly.
Does a small Noida office need Shops and Establishments registration?
That depends on the current Uttar Pradesh rules, which the 2025 amendment has changed. The Labour Department’s portal, uplabour.gov.in, is where to confirm whether your headcount requires registration. We do not file it, but we can show you where it sits next to GST and Udyam.
