What remote delivery means for a Lucknow client

Uttar Pradesh rules, from the state capital
GSTINs issued in Uttar Pradesh start with 09, and the application uses the same national portal as every other State.
Shops and commercial establishments in the state fall under the Uttar Pradesh Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhishthan Adhiniyam, 1962, administered by the Labour Department (Shram Vibhag). A 2025 amendment changes which establishments must register. We could not confirm its notification details, so look at the Labour Department portal, uplabour.gov.in, before deciding whether your establishment needs to register.
Separately, the four central labour codes took effect on 21 November 2025, and the OSH Code carries its own establishment registration; it is worth checking which one applies to you.

Paperwork for tenders and institutional buyers

Common questions
You are based in Delhi. Can you still handle Udyam and GST for our Lucknow firm?
Yes. Both registrations are online, on the Udyam portal and the GST portal, and neither needs us to be in Lucknow. You receive the OTPs and confirm every detail; we prepare and file with you on a call.
Do Lucknow shops need to register under the UP shops law?
That depends on the 1962 Adhiniyam as amended in 2025, which changes which establishments must register. Check the current position on uplabour.gov.in. The registration is made by the business itself.
Will an ISO certificate arranged through you be accepted in a tender?
We do not issue certificates. An accredited certification body audits your organisation and issues the certificate; we prepare you and coordinate the audit. You can check a body’s accreditation in NABCB’s directory before choosing it.
Our office laptops keep giving trouble. Can you support us from Delhi?
Yes, for most software, email, account and backup problems, through remote sessions on working days. Physical repairs or new cabling need someone on the spot, and we can tell them what to look at.
