How we work with Gurugram offices
Technical projects run mostly online, because repositories, cloud consoles and tickets do not need us in the building. We travel to Gurugram for the parts that do — a kick-off workshop, a Wi-Fi survey, a server room check, or training engineers on a new pipeline — and those visits are agreed in the proposal.
Updates arrive through whatever your team already uses, whether that is a shared channel, email or a weekly video call, within our working hours of 10:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday.
- Remote by default: cloud, DevOps, software builds, audits and automation
- In person when useful: workshops, office moves, network and hardware jobs
- Visited by appointment: Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Manesar and other parts of the city
Haryana rules a Gurugram employer should know
Gurugram is a district of Haryana, whose capital is Chandigarh. The registrations that matter most day to day are online, though: GST on the national portal, with a GSTIN beginning 06, and Udyam on the Ministry of MSME site.
Offices and shops come under the Haryana Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958, amended in 2025 with effect from 12 November 2025. An establishment with 20 or more workers now applies online for registration within one month, and the certificate stays valid until closure; one with fewer than 20 files an online intimation within a month instead. The Labour Department, Haryana administers the Act, so confirm the current process with the department, as the rules changed recently.
Your company makes that filing directly. We can explain how it relates to GST and Udyam, but it is not one of our services.
Larger projects that need several state approvals can use Invest Haryana, the HEPC single-window system.
Where a Gurugram engagement usually starts
Most conversations begin with one painful symptom: an outage, a slow release, a surprise invoice from the cloud provider. We look at that first, write down what we found, and propose a fix with a clear scope. A wider roadmap comes later, if it is needed at all.
Whatever we build stays in your company’s accounts — cloud, code hosting, domains and monitoring — so switching suppliers or bringing the work in-house later is straightforward.
Common questions
Can you work alongside our in-house developers?
Yes. A common pattern is that we build the pipeline, monitoring or infrastructure code, then hand it to your developers with runbooks and a walkthrough. Everything lives in your company’s own accounts and repositories.
Our startup works from a co-working space in Gurugram. Can we use it for GST?
Often, yes, using a consent letter or agreement from the space together with its proof of address, though the GST officer makes the decision. We check the documents your provider supplies before filing so the address matches exactly.
Can you come in for a planning workshop?
Yes. Workshops and discovery sessions at Gurugram offices are arranged by appointment, and the visit terms sit in the proposal next to the scope of work.
We already have GST registration in another State. Do we need a new one for Gurugram?
Registration is per State, so a business supplying from Haryana generally needs a Haryana GSTIN starting 06. Confirm the details with your chartered accountant; we can prepare and file the application on the GST portal.
