Remote business and technology help for Bengaluru

Many Bengaluru teams already work with colleagues and vendors they rarely meet, which suits the way TrueOrbis operates from Delhi. We do not travel to Bengaluru: every engagement runs over video calls, shared documents and remote sessions. That covers the technical work — cloud, release pipelines, automation and software — as well as the paperwork a young company runs into, such as GST and Udyam.

Services in Bengaluru

Who in Bengaluru this is for

Size matters less than having more work than people. The fit is strongest in a few kinds of Bengaluru business:

  • If you run an early-stage product company with nobody owning releases, we can build and document the deployment process
  • If you sell your own brand online, we can take care of GST, Amazon and Flipkart onboarding and the first catalogue
  • If your IT services or consulting firm is preparing for an enterprise contract, we can help with security reviews and ISO/IEC 27001 readiness
  • If you own a clinic, coaching centre or agency with a handful of staff, we can look after email, devices and backups from a distance

Working with a Delhi team from Bengaluru

Nobody from TrueOrbis will turn up at your office, and nothing in the work depends on it. A first video call sets the scope. After that, documents travel through a shared folder open only to the people on your file, quick questions go on WhatsApp or phone, and technical changes happen in remote sessions you can watch.

Anything that needs your consent is done by you. OTPs come to your phone, GST and Udyam forms are authenticated in your name, and agreements are signed electronically. Admin access to cloud accounts and code stays with your company throughout.

Both cities run on IST, so our hours — Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 — match an ordinary Bengaluru working day.

Karnataka rules worth knowing

GST is a national tax, but every GSTIN carries its state: registrations for premises in Bengaluru begin with 29. The portal, forms and document list are the same as elsewhere in India.

Shops, offices and commercial establishments are governed by the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1961, administered by the state Labour Department, with registration handled on the e-Karmika portal. An amendment linked to the new central labour codes is in progress, so check e-Karmika for the current position before you apply. Those central codes, in force since 21 November 2025, also have an establishment registration; check which applies to you.

Karnataka levies professional tax under the Karnataka Tax on Profession, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1976, administered by the Commercial Taxes Department. From 1 April 2025 the highest slab was raised to ₹2,500 a year, collected as ₹200 a month with ₹300 in February. It becomes relevant as soon as you put staff on payroll.

Projects that need several state approvals can apply through Karnataka Udyog Mitra, the single-window system the state launched in February 2025.

We help with GST, Udyam and the technology work. Shops Act and professional tax filings stay with you or your accountant, though we can point out where they sit.

A typical Bengaluru engagement

  1. Intro call on video: what you are building or selling, and what already exists
  2. Read-only access or sample documents shared, so we can look before quoting
  3. Scope, milestones and fees agreed in writing before work starts
  4. Work in agreed steps, with a short update at the end of each
  5. Handover of credentials, runbooks and certificates, all in your name

Common questions

We are in Bengaluru. Will anyone need to visit us?

No. TrueOrbis does not travel to Bengaluru, and the services on this page are designed to run without visits. If a job genuinely needs hands on hardware, such as cabling or a replacement part, we will say so early and guide a local technician of your choice.

Can you work inside the cloud account our company already has?

Yes, and we prefer it. We work in accounts your company owns, with access you grant and can withdraw at any time. Changes are recorded as documented, repeatable steps so your own engineers can follow them later.

Do we need to think about professional tax once we start hiring in Karnataka?

Yes. Karnataka levies professional tax on salaries under its 1976 Act, so it belongs on your payroll checklist from the first hire. It is administered by the Commercial Taxes Department; we do not file it, but we can explain how it fits with GST and Udyam.

Which portal handles state approvals in Karnataka?

Karnataka Udyog Mitra, the single-window system launched in February 2025, brings state approvals for industrial and commercial projects together. A small service firm may never need it, but it is the place to start if you are setting up a unit that requires several clearances.
